About
Welcome to Alfonso’s Mexican Food, a hidden gem located at 3196 Willow Creek Rd A-103, Prescott, AZ 86301. This quaint eatery brings a flavorful slice of Mexican cuisine right to the heart of Prescott. With a reputation that quickly drew my attention, I knew I had to explore what makes Alfonso’s a favorite among locals.
Alfonso’s is not just your average Mexican food spot; it’s a vibrant hub where flavors come alive. The menu boasts an enticing array of options, from the crunchy rolled tacos to heartwarming specialties that will transport you straight to Mexico. Judging by popular reviews, the rolled tacos are a major hit — served in portions that satisfy both solitary diners and sharing experiences. You can indulge in 3 rolled tacos with guacamole for just $7.70, or go big with 15 for those particularly ravenous moments.
What truly stands out at Alfonso's is the community feel. As Rick Collins noted in his review, the cozy atmosphere and quirky name set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The flavors speak for themselves, with highlights like spicy roasted red salsa that packs a flavorful punch. It's no surprise that diners keep coming back time and again.
With customers like Tatum Percival singing praises for the chimichangas and rolled tacos, and Walker Trotchie declaring the carnitas the best he's had in Arizona, you can feel the camaraderie around this establishment. Even when things heat up inside, as described by Adam Smith, the deliciously vibrant offerings continue to cool you down with mouthwatering flavors.
The ambiance is casual and perfect for those who prefer a laid-back meal without the formalities. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite post-dog park or a leisurely meal, Alfonso’s Mexican Food is here to satisfy those cravings. With a phone number you can reach them at: (928) 515-1058, I highly encourage you to drop by and savor the heartwarming dishes that await. Your taste buds will thank you!
“ Wife asked, How about Mexican food? while leaving the dog park. The closest was this and had enough stars to at least experiment. The name will throw you, but that just makes it quirky. Wife got the special, Two Chicken Enchiladas with rice beans. I got the 3 Two Beef Enchiladas with rice beans. We also got chips salsa to go. First off, the beans were very good. The rice was okay but Im not much of a rice fan. My wife thought the rice was good. So, okay. My beef was very good. Ya, so good Ill definitely come back. My wife liked her chicken too. I picked up a small cup of the roasted red salsa. Ya, she said it was spicy. Was definitely spicy with good flavor. I liked it. So, I think this place Auto Keys Mexican was worth it. Will be back again. Dont know why thats what its called, but whats in a name when the food is good? ”
